Additionally, we build relationships, strengthen communities, and renew hope through a holistic approach of community development and empowerment in Honduras.

Operations Coordinator (part-time, on-site) 

 

Communications Coordinator (part-time)

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (Cairo, GA)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of operational duties to maintain an efficiently functioning office and programs including but not limited to assistance with inventory and fulfillment, ordering supplies, and data entry
  • Coordinate events, workshops, pop-ups, and volunteer days
  • Assist with strategic planning, campaigns, and marketing efforts
  • Research potential retail partnerships and support wholesale efforts of SoloHope
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Qualifications

  • Highly organized**
  • Detail oriented
  • Knowledge of GoogleDrive, Word, Excel
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Love of SoloHope’s mission + vision + products

Added plus if you have experience with:

  • Shopify, Squarespace, Donorbox
  • Operations
  • Spanish

Hours: 18-20 hrs/week (with the potential to grow into a full-time position)

 

COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule social media post that accurately reflect the story and brand of SoloHope while effectively serving our customer and donor base
  • Plan social media campaigns and needed print materials for campaigns
  • Interact and engage with followers
  • Grow social media following and engagement
  • Create Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Schedule weekly emails
  • Assist in website updates as needed

Skills + Qualifications

  • Social media planning experience (or a killer personal social media)
  • Content writing
  • Understanding of branding
  • Team player
  • Self-starter
  • Love of SoloHope’s mission + vision + products

Added plus if you have experience with:

  • Later, Canva, Flodesk
  • Spanish

Hours: 10-15 hrs/week (can work virtually but must be available for team meetings via video call)
